Your DAO must be deployed via CreateDAO.org on a supported chain (Base, Polygon, Sepolia)
Manager Wallet
You must be the Manager of the Governor contract to register
What Gets Registered
When you register a DAO, OpenBook fetches the following from your smart contracts:| Field | Source | Editable? |
|---|---|---|
| DAO Name | Governor contract | ❌ No |
| Token Name | Token contract | ❌ No |
| Token Symbol | Token contract | ❌ No |
| Token Decimals | Token contract | ❌ No |
| Description | You provide | ✅ Yes |
| Logo | You upload | ✅ Yes |
| Social Links | You provide | ✅ Yes |
The DAO name and token details are fetched directly from the blockchain and cannot be edited. This ensures authenticity and prevents impersonation.
