OpenBook is a transparent, decentralized-ready Operating System (CRM/ERP/POS) designed specifically for DAOs operating Real World Assets (RWAs). Whether you’re running a Coffee Shop, SaaS Product, Consulting Agency, or any other business through a DAO, OpenBook provides the infrastructure for complete financial transparency and blockchain-anchored accountability.

Who Is OpenBook For?

Service DAOs

SaaS products, consulting, subscriptions — record income without inventory

Retail DAOs

Coffee shops, restaurants, stores — full inventory & POS support

DAO Managers

Token Holders

Verify every transaction and audit where funds go

Core Principles

Every transaction is publicly auditable. Stakeholders can verify exactly where every cent goes.
Daily financial history is anchored to the blockchain. Same-day edits allowed, then transactions become immutable with void/correct pattern.
Built on strict double-entry bookkeeping standards ensuring balanced, auditable transactions.
Works for both service-based DAOs (subscriptions, consulting) and product-based DAOs (retail, coffee shops).

Quick Start Paths

Choose your path based on your DAO type:
If you’re running a SaaS, subscription service, or consulting business:
  1. Register DAO → Connect your CreateDAO.org DAO
  2. Create Legal Entity → Set up fiscal settings (currency, tax)
  3. Create Location → Add a virtual office/location
  4. Set Up Accounts → Configure your Chart of Accounts
